Blissaroo Terms of Service

1. Booking & Deposits

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure a service slot, a £40 booking fee is required. This payment is strictly non-refundable and covers administrative and scheduling costs.

  • Commitment: By paying the booking fee, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Notice Period (>24 Hours): If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled arrival, Blissaroo will refund the mileage charges only. The £40 booking fee remains non-refundable.

  • Late Cancellation (<24 Hours): Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time is ineligible for any refund. Blissaroo is not liable to return any portion of the total amount paid, including mileage.

3. Waiting Times & Arrival

  • Grace Period: We provide a complimentary 30-minute waiting window upon arrival at the collection or delivery address.

  • Extended Waiting Fees: Should the driver be required to wait beyond the initial 30 minutes, a fee of £9 per 15-minute increment (or part thereof) will be applied to the final invoice.

4. Labour & On-Site Services

  • Additional Labour: Our standard service includes transport. If a driver is required to perform manual labour (such as loading, unloading, or moving items) exceeding 30 minutes, an additional labour fee will be invoiced.

  • Verified Tracking: For transparency and accuracy, all arrival, waiting, and labour times are monitored and verified via our on-board vehicle trackers. These digital logs serve as the final record for billing purposes.

5. Customer Obligations

  • Access: The customer must ensure clear and safe access to the premises. Delays caused by lack of access will be subject to the standard waiting fees.

  • Packaging: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items are adequately packaged for safe transit.
